Getting There

  • Car

    If you're driving from Clearwater Beach, start on Mandalay Avenue heading south. After about 1 mile, turn left onto Gulf Boulevard (FL-699 S). Continue on Gulf Boulevard for approximately 1.5 miles. Sand Key Park will be on your right at 1060 Gulf Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33767. There is a parking fee of $5 per vehicle for entry into the park, which you will pay at the entrance.

  • Public Transportation

    If you prefer public transportation, you can take the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) bus route 66 from Clearwater Beach. Board the bus at the nearest stop to your location on Mandalay Ave. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes, and get off at the stop near Sand Key Park. After getting off, walk approximately 5 minutes south along Gulf Boulevard to reach the park entrance. The bus fare is $2.25 for a one-way ticket.

    If you're staying in a hotel near Clearwater Beach and prefer walking, you can walk to Sand Key Park. From Clearwater Beach, head south on Gulf Boulevard. It’s about a 30-minute walk (1.5 miles) along the scenic beachside road. Enjoy the views as you stroll! Once you reach 1060 Gulf Blvd, you will find the park entrance.
