Bus
To reach Joe Chillura Courthouse Square from Clearwater, start by taking the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) bus number 60 from the Clearwater Transit Center. This bus will take you directly to the Tampa Bay area. Stay on the bus for approximately 45 minutes until you reach the 'Tampa Bay Area' stop. Once you get off, transfer to bus number 5 towards the 'Downtown Tampa' stop. The ride will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Kennedy Blvd @ Florida Ave' stop. From there, walk east on Kennedy Blvd for about 3 minutes until you reach 600 E Kennedy Blvd, where Joe Chillura Courthouse Square is located.

From Clearwater, you can also take the beach trolley service. Board the Jolly Trolley at any designated beach stop towards the north route. Ride the trolley until you reach 'Pier 60', then transfer to the PSTA bus number 60 heading towards Tampa. After approximately 45 minutes, get off at the 'Tampa Bay Area' stop, transfer to bus number 5 towards 'Downtown Tampa', and ride for another 10 minutes. Disembark at 'Kennedy Blvd @ Florida Ave' and walk east for about 3 minutes to 600 E Kennedy Blvd.
