Public Bus
From Clearwater Beach, walk to the nearest bus stop on Mandalay Ave. Take the Jolly Trolley (Route 66) heading south. The trolley will make several stops, including at major attractions and hotels along the coast. You will need to get off at the Madeira Beach stop. Once you disembark, walk a short distance to the beach area, which is easily recognizable.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer a more active option, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Clearwater Beach. Follow the beachfront path south along Gulf Boulevard (make sure to stay on the designated biking lanes). Continue for approximately 3 miles until you reach Madeira Beach. The beach area will be on your left side, and you can lock your bike at any of the bike racks available near the beach access points.
