Get off at the stop at 1st Ave N & 8th St N, right in downtown St. Petersburg. From there, walk east on 1st Ave N for a couple of blocks until you reach 2nd Ave NE. Turn left onto 2nd Ave NE and continue walking until you see the entrance to St. Petersburg Pier on your right.

Open your preferred ride-sharing app (like Uber or Lyft) and enter 'St. Petersburg Pier' as your destination. The driver will pick you up from your current location in Clearwater. The ride to St. Petersburg Pier usually takes around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, you will be dropped off right in front of the pier entrance at 800 2nd Ave NE.
Bicycle Rental
If you're feeling adventurous, consider renting a bicycle. Start by locating a bike rental shop in Clearwater. After renting a bike, head south towards the Pinellas Trail, a scenic route that will take you to St. Petersburg. Follow the trail south until you reach the downtown area of St. Petersburg. Look for signs directing you to the waterfront and the St. Petersburg Pier. Once you get close, you can park your bike at a designated bike rack near the pier entrance.
Walking
If you're nearby in Clearwater Beach, you can take a leisurely walk to the Clearwater Memorial Causeway. Cross the causeway, which will lead you into St. Petersburg. Once you reach the other side, continue walking straight until you reach 2nd Ave NE. Turn left on 2nd Ave NE and walk until you find the entrance to St. Petersburg Pier at 800 2nd Ave NE.
