If you are in downtown Clearwater, start at the Clearwater Memorial Causeway. Head west towards Mandalay Avenue. Continue straight on Mandalay Avenue until you reach Gulf Boulevard. Turn left onto Gulf Boulevard and walk until you reach the intersection with Gulf to Bay Boulevard. Turn right onto Gulf to Bay Boulevard and continue walking for about 0.5 miles. The Welcome to Clearwater Monument will be on your right side at 3350 Gulf to Bay Blvd.

From the Clearwater Beach area, head north on Mandalay Avenue until you reach the Memorial Causeway. Take the causeway road and continue onto the bike path. After crossing the bridge, turn left onto Gulf Boulevard and continue to Gulf to Bay Boulevard. Then, turn right and bike along Gulf to Bay for approximately 1.5 miles. The Welcome to Clearwater Monument will be on your right at 3350 Gulf to Bay Blvd.

Take the number 60 bus heading towards Palm Harbor. Get off at the Gulf to Bay Boulevard and US 19 stop. From there, walk east along Gulf to Bay Boulevard for about 0.3 miles, and you will find the Welcome to Clearwater Monument at 3350 Gulf to Bay Blvd on your left.
