If you are renting a bicycle, start from the Daytona Beach Pier. Head north along the designated bike path on the beachside. After about 1 mile, you will see the Coquina Clock Tower at 62 N Atlantic Ave on your left, just before reaching the public parking area.

Take Volusia County's Votran bus service. Board Route 4 at the nearest bus stop to your location. Ride the bus towards the 'Daytona Beach Boardwalk' and get off at the stop nearest to 62 N Atlantic Ave. From there, walk north for a short distance, and you will find the Coquina Clock Tower on your right.
