To reach De León Springs State Park from Daytona Beach using public transportation, first head to the nearest bus stop. You can catch the Votran Route 60 bus towards DeLand at the nearest stop on International Speedway Blvd. Make sure to check the Votran schedule for the latest timings. After approximately a 30-minute ride, get off at the De Leon Springs stop. From there, it is about a 10 to 15-minute walk to the park entrance. Just follow the road signs along Ponce De Leon Blvd.

If you're up for an adventure, consider renting a bicycle. Start at the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and head north on Atlantic Avenue. Continue to follow the signs for the East Coast Greenway, which will lead you towards Ponce De Leon Blvd. The ride will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours depending on your speed. Once you reach Ponce De Leon Blvd, follow it westward directly to the park entrance at 601 Ponce Deleon Blvd.
