To reach Doris Leeper Spruce Creek Preserve from Daytona Beach, board the Votran Route 1 bus at any nearby bus stop heading south towards Port Orange. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at Dunlawton Ave and Martin Dairy Rd. From there, walk east on Martin Dairy Rd for about 0.5 miles until you arrive at the preserve. The entrance will be on your left.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Daytona Beach. Start your ride heading south on A1A, then take a right onto Dunlawton Ave. Continue on Dunlawton Ave until you reach Martin Dairy Rd. Turn left onto Martin Dairy Rd and ride straight for about 1 mile. The preserve will be on your right side. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local bike traffic rules.

For those who enjoy walking, start at the Daytona Beach Boardwalk. Head south along the beach until you reach the intersection with A1A. Turn left and continue walking until you reach Dunlawton Ave. From there, turn right and walk west until you hit Martin Dairy Rd. Turn left onto Martin Dairy Rd and walk for about 15-20 minutes. The preserve will be on your left side.
