    From Daytona Beach, head to the nearest bus stop that services Votran. You can catch the Votran Route 1, which operates along the beachside. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at Peninsula Drive. From there, walk south on South Peninsula Drive for about 0.5 miles until you see the Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse & Museum on your left at 4931, 4928 S Peninsula Dr.

    Bicycle Rental

    If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Daytona Beach. Once you have your bike, head south along the beach on the paved path. Continue biking until you reach the end of the beach and follow the signs for South Peninsula Drive. The lighthouse will be approximately 2 miles down South Peninsula Drive on your right.

    If you are feeling adventurous and are staying nearby, you can walk to the lighthouse. Start at the beach and walk south on South Atlantic Avenue. When you reach the intersection with Peninsula Drive, turn left.
