    Getting There

    Public Bus

    From Daytona Beach, locate the nearest Votran bus stop. Take Route 4 to New Smyrna Beach. The bus will take you along E International Speedway Blvd. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the New Smyrna Beach Transfer Station. From there, switch to Route 20 and ride for another 15 minutes until you reach the stop near 2995 N Peninsula Ave. From the bus stop, walk north along Peninsula Ave for about 10 minutes until you arrive at Smyrna Dunes Park.

    Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Daytona Beach. Head south on Atlantic Ave, then turn onto E International Speedway Blvd. Follow this road until you reach the bridge that crosses over to New Smyrna Beach. Once across, continue straight on S Peninsula Ave. After about 7 miles, you will reach Smyrna Dunes Park. Make sure to stay safe and follow traffic rules while riding.

    Walking

    Although it is quite a distance to walk, if you are up for it, start from the Daytona Beach Boardwalk. Head south along the beach, and follow the coastline until you reach the end of the beach. This will take you to S Atlantic Ave. Turn right and continue walking until you reach the intersection with E 27th Ave. Turn left onto E 27th Ave, then right onto N Peninsula Ave. Follow this road for about 2 miles until you arrive at Smyrna Dunes Park. This is a long walk, so be prepared with plenty of water and sun protection.
