Turn left onto Granada Boulevard and continue until you reach North Beach Street. Turn right and follow North Beach Street until you see Tomoka State Park Campground on your left at 2099 N Beach St, Ormond Beach, FL 32174.

From downtown Daytona Beach, head to the nearest bus stop and take the Votran Route 10 (Ormond Beach). You will need to ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for Tomoka State Park Campground on North Beach Street. Once you get off, you should be able to see the campground entrance directly across the street.

If you are staying in a hotel near the beach, you can take a walk to Tomoka State Park Campground. Start from the beach and walk north along the shore until you reach Granada Boulevard. Turn left and walk east until you hit North Beach Street. Turn right on North Beach Street and continue walking until you reach 2099 N Beach St, Ormond Beach, FL 32174, which is the entrance to the campground.
