If you are starting from the Daytona Beach area, you can take the Votran Bus. Board Route 10 at the nearest bus stop heading south towards New Smyrna Beach. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the New Smyrna Beach Transfer Center located at 1601 S Dixie Freeway. From there, transfer to Route 20, which will take you closer to your destination. Get off at the stop near 7465 Atlantic Ave S. From there, it's a short walk to Turtle Mound.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Daytona Beach. Head south along the A1A Scenic Byway. This scenic route will lead you towards New Smyrna Beach. Follow the signs for the beach, and you will eventually make your way to Atlantic Ave S. Once you reach Atlantic Ave S, continue riding until you reach 7465 Atlantic Ave S. Turtle Mound will be visible once you're close.

For those who prefer walking, you can start your journey at the Daytona Beach Boardwalk. Head south along the beach, following the coastline. It's approximately a 20-mile walk, so make sure you're prepared for a long trek. As you walk, you'll enjoy beautiful ocean views. Once you reach the southern end of the beach, take a right onto Atlantic Ave and continue until you reach 7465 Atlantic Ave S, where Turtle Mound is located.
