If you are traveling by car within Everglades National Park, head to the Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center which is located at 40001 State Hwy 9336, Homestead, FL 33034. From the visitor center, take the main road (Main Park Road) and continue driving approximately 15 miles until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Pa-Hay-Okee Lookout Tower. Follow the signs for 'Pa-Hay-Okee' and turn onto the access road. The lookout tower will be on your right after a short drive. Parking is available near the tower.

If you are using public transportation, your best option is to take a shuttle service from the nearby Homestead area to the Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center. From the visitor center, you’ll still need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to reach Pa-Hay-Okee Lookout Tower, as there are no public transport options directly to the tower. The taxi ride will be approximately 10-15 minutes and the driver will need to follow the same route as a car. Be sure to confirm fares in advance.
