If you're driving, head southeast on US-41 S (Tamiami Trail) from the center of the Everglades National Park. Continue on US-41 S for about 30 miles until you reach the intersection with State Highway 9336. Turn left onto State Highway 9336 and drive for approximately 5 miles. The Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center will be on your right at 40001 State Hwy 9336, Homestead, FL 33034.

To reach the Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center by public transportation, take the Miami-Dade Transit Bus Route 38 from Miami to Florida City. From Florida City, transfer to the Everglades Shuttle service that operates to the visitor center. The shuttle will take you directly to the Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center at 40001 State Hwy 9336, Homestead, FL 33034. Make sure to check the shuttle schedule in advance for the most accurate departure times.
