From Everglades City, take US-41 E for approximately 30 miles. Turn left onto State Road 9336 and follow the signs to the park entrance. Be aware that there is an entrance fee of $30 per vehicle, which is valid for 7 days.

For those using public transportation, take the Miami-Dade Transit Metrorail to the Dadeland South Station. From there, you can catch the Route 38 bus towards Florida City. Expect taxi fares to be around $20-$30 for the short ride to the park entrance.
