If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park. Head south on Janes Scenic Drive (this road is well-marked). Continue on Janes Scenic Drive for about 7 miles until you reach US-41. Turn right onto US-41 and continue for approximately 5 miles. Then, take a left onto FL-29 N. Follow FL-29 N for about 8 miles, and then turn right onto W Broadway. Everglades Jeep Tours will be located on your right at 207 W Broadway, Everglades City, FL 34139.
