From Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park, exit the park and head south on Janes Scenic Drive (County Road 29). Continue for about 6 miles until you reach US-41. Turn left onto US-41 South and drive for approximately 7 miles. Take the exit toward Everglades City. Continue on Collier Blvd until you reach Broadway Ave W. Turn right onto Broadway Ave W. The Museum of the Everglades will be on your left at 105 Broadway Ave W, Everglades City, FL 34139.
