Take exit 363B for FL-202 E toward Beach Blvd. Merge onto FL-202 E and follow it for about 6 miles. Take the exit toward Heckscher Dr/FL-105 N. Merge onto Heckscher Dr and continue for around 5 miles until you reach Pumpkin Hill Rd. Turn left onto Pumpkin Hill Rd and proceed for about 2 miles. The Betz-Tiger Point Preserve will be on your left at 13990 Pumpkin Hill Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32226.
