Car
If you are traveling by car, begin your journey by getting onto I-95 N from your location in First Coast. Continue on I-95 N for approximately 15 miles. Take exit 363B for FL-202 E toward Beach Blvd. Merge onto FL-202 E and follow it for about 6 miles. Take the exit toward Heckscher Dr/FL-105 N. Merge onto Heckscher Dr and continue for around 5 miles until you reach Pumpkin Hill Rd. Turn left onto Pumpkin Hill Rd and proceed for about 2 miles. The Betz-Tiger Point Preserve will be on your left at 13990 Pumpkin Hill Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32226.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, you can take the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) bus route 1 to the nearest stop, which is located at the intersection of Heckscher Drive and Pumpkin Hill Road. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles north along Pumpkin Hill Rd to reach Betz-Tiger Point Preserve.
