If you're driving to the St. Augustine History Museum, start by getting onto US-1 S from your current location in First Coast. Follow US-1 S for about 30 minutes until you reach St. Augustine. Once in St. Augustine, take the exit for FL-16 E toward St. Augustine Beach. Continue on FL-16 E until you reach the intersection with San Marco Ave. Turn left onto San Marco Ave and then take a right onto Estey St. The museum will be on your right at 11 Estey St.

To reach the St. Augustine History Museum via public transportation, you can take the St. Augustine Hop-On Hop-Off Trolley. Look for the nearest trolley stop in the First Coast area, and board the trolley heading towards the Historic District. Enjoy the ride; it will take about 45 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to the Historic District. From there, walk towards Estey St, which is a short 5-minute walk. The museum is located at 11 Estey St, just a block away from the main trolley route.
