There is an entrance fee of $8 per vehicle (for up to 8 people) to access Bahia Honda State Park, which includes parking.

To reach Bahia Honda Railroad Bridge using public transportation, you can take a bus with the Lower Keys Shuttle. The shuttle runs from Key West to Big Pine Key. You can catch the shuttle at designated stops around Key West. Make sure to check the schedule in advance, as the service may run infrequently. After arriving at the Big Pine Key stop, you will need to walk approximately 2 miles to reach the Bahia Honda State Park entrance, where the bridge is located. The cost for the shuttle is around $5 one-way.
