You will come to the intersection with A1A (N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd). Turn right onto A1A and continue heading south. Walk about 0.5 miles, and you will see the Fort Lauderdale Beach Wade-Ins Plaque located at 299 S Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd, on your left side.

From Downtown Fort Lauderdale, walk to the nearest bus stop on SE 1st Ave at Las Olas Blvd. Board the Route 11 bus towards Fort Lauderdale Beach. The bus will take you towards the beach area.
