Public Bus
From downtown Fort Myers, head to the nearest bus stop at the Fort Myers Transit Center on 1st Street. Take LeeTran Bus Route 30 towards the Lee County Sports Complex. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Palm Beach Blvd @ Manatee Park stop. From there, walk approximately 0.5 miles west along Palm Beach Blvd, and you will arrive at Manatee Park, located at 10901 Palm Beach Blvd.
Bicycle
If you are comfortable riding a bicycle, you can rent one from local bike rental shops in Fort Myers. Start your journey from downtown Fort Myers, heading east on 1st Street until you reach Palm Beach Blvd. Turn left on Palm Beach Blvd and continue riding for about 5 miles. Manatee Park will be on your right at 10901 Palm Beach Blvd. There are bike racks available at the park for parking your bicycle.
Walking
If you are close to the Caloosahatchee River, you can walk to Manatee Park. Start at the River District and head east on 1st Street until you reach Palm Beach Blvd. Turn left and continue walking for about 5 miles. Keep an eye out for signs indicating the direction to Manatee Park. The park entrance will be on your right at 10901 Palm Beach Blvd. Be prepared for a long walk, as it may take about 1.5 to 2 hours.
