Walking
If you are starting from the Fort Walton Beach Landing Park, head south on Miracle Strip Parkway SE. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 miles. You will pass the Fort Walton Beach public library on your left. Keep walking until you reach the intersection of Miracle Strip Parkway and Okaloosa Island. The Boardwalk will be on the right side at 1450 Miracle Strip Pkwy SE.

From the Fort Walton Beach City Hall, head east on Eglin Parkway SE, then turn left on Miracle Strip Parkway SE. Follow the bike lane along Miracle Strip Parkway for approximately 2 miles. You will pass a few local shops and restaurants. The Boardwalk is located at 1450 Miracle Strip Pkwy SE, on your right after crossing the bridge onto Okaloosa Island.

If you're near the Fort Walton Beach Transit Center, take the Route 61 bus heading towards Okaloosa Island. Get off at the stop nearest to the intersection of Miracle Strip Parkway and Okaloosa Island. From there, it’s a short walk (about 5 minutes) south on Miracle Strip Parkway to reach The Boardwalk at 1450 Miracle Strip Pkwy SE.
