Turn right onto US-1 and then take a left onto Virginia Avenue. Follow Virginia Avenue until you reach the intersection with 25th Street and then turn right. Continue straight, and you will eventually reach the entrance to Spruce Bluff Preserve located at 611 Dar Lane, Port St. Lucie.

    From downtown Fort Pierce, take the Route 1 bus towards Port St. Lucie. Get off at the stop at Virginia Avenue and US-1. From there, walk east on Virginia Avenue until you reach 25th Street. Turn right on 25th Street and follow it until it ends at the entrance of Spruce Bluff Preserve at 611 Dar Lane, Port St. Lucie.
