From the University of Florida campus, take University Ave heading west until it becomes 34th St. Turn right onto 34th St and continue south until you reach 36th Ave. Turn left on 36th Ave and then right onto S Main St. Bivens Arm Nature Park will be on your right at 3650 S Main St. There are bike racks available at the park entrance.

You can take the RTS bus number 5 or 6 from downtown Gainesville. Board the bus at the nearest stop and ride until you reach the stop at S Main St and 36th Ave. After getting off, walk south on S Main St for about 0.2 miles, and you will find the entrance to Bivens Arm Nature Park on your left at 3650 S Main St.
