From any location in Homestead, walk to the nearest bus stop and catch the Miami-Dade Transit Bus route 38 towards the Dadeland South Metrorail Station. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the 'SW 8 St & 37 Ave' stop. From there, transfer to the Coral Gables Trolley (free service) by walking to the nearest trolley stop at 'SW 8 St & 37 Ave'. Board the trolley marked 'Coral Gables - West Route'. Ride the trolley for about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Biltmore Hotel' stop, and you will be just a short walk away from Biltmore Golf Course, located at 1210 Anastasia Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134.

If you are already near Coral Gables, you can walk to Biltmore Golf Course. Start at the nearest landmark such as the Coral Gables Library. Head east on Alcazar Ave, then turn left onto Ponce de Leon Blvd. Continue straight until you reach Anastasia Ave. Turn right onto Anastasia Ave, and the Biltmore Golf Course will be on your left at 1210 Anastasia Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134.
Bicycle Rental
You can rent a bicycle from local rental shops in Homestead. Once you have your bike, head towards the north on Redland Rd, then turn left onto SW 344th St, which will lead you to US-1. From there, continue north on US-1 until you reach Coral Gables. Upon reaching Coral Gables, navigate to Anastasia Ave and follow it to 1210 Anastasia Ave, where Biltmore Golf Course is located. This route should take about 1 hour depending on your speed.
