Getting There
Bus
From Homestead, head to the nearest bus stop and take the Miami-Dade Transit Bus Route 38 toward 'Pinecrest'. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the 'Pinecrest' station. At 'Pinecrest', transfer to the Metrobus Route 119 toward 'Key Biscayne'. This route will take you directly to 'Crandon Blvd & Lighthouse' stop. From there, walk about 10 minutes down Crandon Blvd to reach the Cape Florida Lighthouse at 1200 Crandon Blvd.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental shops in Homestead. Start your ride heading north on US-1 toward Miami. Follow the bike lanes along the road for about 20 miles until you reach Key Biscayne. Once you cross the Rickenbacker Causeway, continue straight on Crandon Blvd for about 2 miles until you reach the Cape Florida Lighthouse.
