From Downtown Homestead, walk to the nearest bus stop on Campbell Drive and take the Miami-Dade Transit Bus Route 38 heading towards the Southland Mall. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at SW 72nd Ave & SW 167th St. From there, walk north on SW 72nd Ave for about 10 minutes, and you will reach the Deering Estate at 16701 SW 72nd Ave, Miami, FL 33157.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local rental shop in Homestead. Start on Campbell Drive and head west until you reach SW 72nd Ave. Turn right on SW 72nd Ave and continue cycling north for approximately 4 miles. The Deering Estate will be on your left at 16701 SW 72nd Ave. Remember to wear a helmet and follow traffic rules.
