If you are in central Homestead, start at the Homestead City Hall located at 100 Civic Ct, Homestead, FL 33030. From City Hall, head south on S Krome Ave for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with SW 177th Ave. Turn right onto SW 177th Ave and walk for another 0.5 miles. The Mary Krome Sanctuary Preserve will be on your left side. Look for the entrance sign as you approach.

Rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Homestead. Start at the Homestead Miami Speedway, located at 1 Speedway Blvd, Homestead, FL 33035. Head north on Speedway Blvd, then turn left onto S Krome Ave. Continue north for about 2 miles, then turn right onto SW 177th Ave. The Mary Krome Sanctuary Preserve entrance will be on your left after you ride for approximately 0.5 miles.
