Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest timings. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at SW 288th St & SW 164th Ave. This should take approximately 30 minutes. Once you get off the bus, walk south on SW 164th Ave for about 10 minutes until you reach the entrance of South Dade Park, located at 28151 SW 164th Ave, Homestead, FL 33033.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, start from the Homestead City Hall at 100 S Krome Ave. Head south on Krome Ave (US-41) until you reach SW 288th St. Turn left onto SW 288th St and continue until you reach SW 164th Ave. Turn right onto SW 164th Ave and cycle for about 1 mile until you arrive at South Dade Park. The total distance is approximately 4 miles and should take around 20-30 minutes depending on your cycling speed.
Walking
If you are within walking distance, start at the nearby Homestead Historic Downtown area. Head west on NE 1st St until you reach Krome Ave (US-41). Turn left on Krome Ave and walk south until you reach SW 288th St. From there, turn right onto SW 288th St and continue until you reach SW 164th Ave. Turn left onto SW 164th Ave and walk for about 15 minutes until you arrive at South Dade Park. This walk is about 3 miles long and may take approximately 1 hour.
