Suncoast Blvd and continue for approximately 2 miles. Then, take a right onto W. Homosassa Trail (SR-490). Follow W. Homosassa Trail for about 1.5 miles until you reach S. Mason Creek Rd. Turn left onto S. Mason Creek Rd, and after about 0.3 miles, you will find the Homosassa Wildlife Management Area on your right at 5568 S Mason Creek Rd, Homosassa, FL 34448.
