From Honeymoon Island State Park, start by heading south on Honeymoon Island Causeway towards the mainland. Continue straight onto Curlew Road. After about 3 miles, turn left onto US-19 S. Continue on US-19 S for approximately 7 miles. Take the exit toward 5th Ave N. Follow the signs to merge onto 5th Ave N. Continue for about 1.5 miles, then turn right onto 1st St S. The Duke Energy Center for the Arts - Mahaffey Theater will be on your left at 400 1st St S.

From Honeymoon Island State Park, walk to the nearest bus stop on Causeway Blvd. Take the PSTA (Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority) Bus Route 62 towards Clearwater. After about 30 minutes, get off at the '5th Avenue N + 1st St' stop in St. Petersburg. Walk south on 1st St S for about 0.2 miles, and you will arrive at the Duke Energy Center for the Arts - Mahaffey Theater located at 400 1st St S.
