From the St. Petersburg Pier, walk to the nearest bus stop at 5th Avenue South and 2nd Street South. Take the PSTA bus Route 18 heading towards Tyrone Square Mall. Get off at the Central Avenue and 1st Street South stop. The James Museum will be right in front of you at 150 Central Ave.
