If you are near the Jacksonville Landing, walk to the bus stop located at 2 Independent Dr. From there, take the JTA bus number 1 towards 'Riverside'. The bus will take you directly to the stop at 'Monroe St & 1st St'. Once you disembark, walk west on Monroe St for about 3 blocks until you reach James Weldon Johnson Park at 135 W Monroe St.

If you are in the heart of downtown Jacksonville, you can easily walk to James Weldon Johnson Park. Start at the Jacksonville City Hall at 117 W Duval St. Head west on Duval St toward N Laura St, then turn left onto N Laura St. Continue walking until you reach W Monroe St. Turn right on W Monroe St, and the park will be on your left after a short walk.

You can rent a bike from one of the JTA bike share stations located throughout downtown Jacksonville. If you are starting from the St. Johns Riverwalk, head north on the riverwalk path until you reach the intersection with W Monroe St. Turn right onto W Monroe St and continue until you see James Weldon Johnson Park on your right at 135 W Monroe St.

If you are near the Jacksonville Skyway station at the Jacksonville Landing, take the Skyway tram towards 'King Street'. Get off at the 'Hemming Park' station. From there, exit the station and walk southwest on W Adams St, then turn right onto N Laura St. After a couple of blocks, turn left onto W Monroe St, and you will find James Weldon Johnson Park on your left.
