Walking
From any location in Downtown Jacksonville, head towards the North on Laura Street. Look for the intersection with Adams Street. Continue walking straight for about 5-10 minutes. You will see the MOCA (Museum Of Contemporary Art) located at 333 N Laura St, Jacksonville, FL 32202 on your left side. The museum is situated between Adams Street and Forsyth Street. Make sure to check the museum's opening hours before your visit, as they typically open at 11 AM.

Public Transportation (Skyway)
If you are near a Skyway station, you can take the Jacksonville Skyway, which is a free automated people mover. Board the Skyway heading towards the 'Convention Center' station. Disembark at the 'Central Station' stop. From Central Station, it's a short walk; exit the station and head south on Hogan Street for a block until you reach Adams Street, then turn right. Continue walking west on Adams Street until you reach Laura Street. Turn left on Laura Street, and you will find MOCA on your left. Please note that the Skyway is free of charge.
