Start by taking the Jacksonville Transit Authority (JTA) bus route 1 from the Jacksonville downtown area. Board the bus at any major stop, such as the Rosa Parks Transit Station. Ride the bus towards the Heckscher Drive and Fort George area. This bus will take you on a route that goes towards the north part of Jacksonville. You will need to stay on the bus until you reach the stop closest to the intersection of Heckscher Drive and Fort George Road. This should take approximately 40-50 minutes.
