Public Transportation - Bus
If you are starting from the Jacksonville Landing, walk to the nearest bus stop at the corner of Laura St and Bay St. Take the Route 1 bus towards the 'Kings Avenue' direction. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the bus stop at 'Main St and Adams St'. From there, walk south on Main St for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Palmetto St. Turn left onto Palmetto St, and the Jacksonville History Consortium will be on your right at 314 Palmetto St.
Public Transportation - Light Rail
If you are near the Brooklyn area, head to the nearest JTA Skyway station, which is the 'King Street' station. Board the Skyway towards the 'Sandy Bottom' station. After about 5 minutes, disembark at the 'Central Station'. Upon exiting, walk south towards the intersection with Adams St. Turn right onto Adams St and continue straight until you reach Main St. Take a left on Main St, then a right onto Palmetto St. The Jacksonville History Consortium will be at 314 Palmetto St, just ahead on your right.
Walking
If you are already in Downtown Jacksonville, locate the Jacksonville Public Library on Laura St. From the library, head south towards Adams St, then turn left onto Adams St. Walk straight until you hit Main St, then turn right. Continue on Main St for two blocks, then turn left onto Palmetto St. The Jacksonville History Consortium will be at 314 Palmetto St, a short walk ahead on your right.
