If you are starting from downtown Jacksonville, walk to the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) bus terminal. Catch the bus route 50 towards the Mandarin area. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at the intersection of Mandarin Road and Loretto Road. From there, walk north on Mandarin Road for about 0.3 miles. The Mandarin Store & Post Office will be on your left at 12471 Mandarin Rd.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from downtown Jacksonville. Head south on the Southbank Riverwalk until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the signs for the bike lanes towards the Mandarin area. You will ride along the scenic Old St. Augustine Road. Continue until you reach Mandarin Road. Turn left onto Mandarin Road and ride for about 1 mile until you reach 12471 Mandarin Rd.
