Getting There

Public Transit
Start at the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) Skyway station in downtown Jacksonville. Board the Skyway towards the Jacksonville Landing. Once you arrive at the Jacksonville Landing, transfer to the JTA bus route 10 (Arlington) at the nearby bus stop. Ride the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the bus stop at Mayport Road & Atlantic Blvd. From there, transfer to the JTA bus route 25 (Mayport) and ride for another 20 minutes, disembarking at the stop near the Mayport Ferry. After getting off, walk towards the ferry terminal and take the Mayport Ferry across the St. Johns River. Upon reaching the other side, follow the signs leading to the St. Johns River Light, which is located a short walk from the ferry terminal along Patrol Rd.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in downtown Jacksonville. Head east on Bay St. and follow the signs to the Jacksonville Riverwalk.
