If you're driving from the center of Juniper Springs Recreation Area, head south on Juniper Springs Road. Continue for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with State Road 40. Turn left onto State Road 40. After approximately 1.5 miles, take a right onto Ponce Deleon Boulevard (County Road 3). Continue on Ponce Deleon Boulevard for about 2 miles until you see the entrance to De León Springs State Park on your left. The Fountain of Youth Eco/History Tours is located inside the park.
