From your location in Key Largo, head south on US-1, which is a major highway that runs through the Keys. Once you reach the intersection with Florida State Road 905, follow it as it curves towards the west. Continue biking until you reach Islamorada. Anne's Beach is located on the left side of the highway, just after passing the signs indicating you are entering Islamorada. There are bike racks available near the beach.

Check the schedule for the Florida Keys Transit bus service, which operates routes through the Keys. Board the bus heading towards Islamorada. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Anne's Beach, which is located along US-1. After exiting the bus, walk a short distance toward the beach, which will be visible from the highway.

If you are near the center of Key Largo, you might consider walking, though it's quite a distance. Head south on US-1. Be prepared for a long walk of about 10 miles, which may take around 2-3 hours. Keep an eye out for a bike lane along the highway to ensure your safety. Once you reach Islamorada, Anne's Beach will be on your left after you pass the entrance signs for the area.
