From your location in Key Largo, head south on US-1, which is a major highway that runs through the Keys. Once you reach the intersection with Florida State Road 905, follow it as it curves towards the west. Continue biking until you reach Islamorada. Anne's Beach is located on the left side of the highway, just after passing the signs indicating you are entering Islamorada. There are bike racks available near the beach.
