If you are starting from the center of Key Largo, head south on US-1 (Overseas Highway) towards Tavernier. Once you reach the intersection with E Beach Rd, turn left. Continue walking on E Beach Rd for about half a mile until you see the entrance to Harry Harris Beach and Park on your right.

From Key Largo, rent a bike and cycle south on US-1 (Overseas Highway). After approximately 5 miles, turn left onto E Beach Rd. Continue on E Beach Rd for about 0.5 miles.
