If you're starting from the Key Largo Conch House, head southeast on Ocean Bay Drive towards the US-1 S. Turn right onto US-1 S and walk for about 0.5 miles. You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. After reaching the intersection with Lorelane Place, turn left onto Lorelane Place. Continue walking for about 0.2 miles, and you will find Island Dolphin Care at 150 Lorelane Pl on your right.

If you're near John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, head west on N. Ocean Dr. towards US-1 S. Turn left onto US-1 S and bike down for approximately 1 mile. After you pass the intersection with Lorelane Place, turn left onto Lorelane Place. Island Dolphin Care will be on your right at 150 Lorelane Pl.
