If you are starting from Mallory Square, head south on the boardwalk towards the waterfront. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Front Street. Turn right onto Front Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Ann Street. Turn left onto Ann Street, and you will find Captain's Corner Dive Center at 125 Ann St on your left.

From the Southernmost Point of the Continental U.S., head west on South Street. Continue straight until you reach Simonton Street, then turn left. Ride along Simonton Street until you reach the intersection with Ann Street. Turn right onto Ann Street, and Captain's Corner Dive Center will be on your left at 125 Ann St.

If you are near the Key West Bus Station at 5550 College Road, take the #1 route towards the downtown area. Get off at the stop at Greene Street and Front Street. From there, walk towards Front Street and turn left. Walk until you reach Ann Street, then turn left again. Captain's Corner Dive Center will be on your left at 125 Ann St.
