If you are starting from the Southernmost Point Buoy, head northwest on South Street toward Whitehead Street. Continue on Whitehead Street for about 0.4 miles until you reach the intersection with Caroline Street. Turn left onto Caroline Street and walk for about 0.3 miles. When you reach the intersection with Greene Street, turn right. Continue for another 0.2 miles until you reach the end of Greene Street, which will lead you to the waterfront. Turn left onto the waterfront path and walk for about 0.3 miles. The Florida Keys Eco-Discovery Center will be on your right at 35 Quay Rd.

If you are renting a bicycle, start from Duval Street. Head west on Duval Street until you reach the intersection with Caroline Street. Turn left onto Caroline Street and ride straight for about 0.5 miles. When you reach the intersection with Greene Street, take a right onto Greene Street. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront. Turn left and ride along the waterfront path for about 0.3 miles, and you will find the Florida Keys Eco-Discovery Center on your right at 35 Quay Rd.
