If you are near Mallory Square, start walking east along the waterfront towards Front Street. Continue on this path for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection of Front Street. Turn left onto Front Street and walk north for about 3 blocks. The Key West Museum of Art & History at the Custom House will be on your right at 281 Front St, marked by its impressive red brick architecture.
