If you're starting from the famous Mallory Square, head southeast on Wall Street toward the intersection with Front Street. Turn left onto Front Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Whitehead Street. Turn right onto Whitehead Street and follow it until you reach the intersection with Duval Street. Turn left onto Duval Street and continue walking for about 0.5 miles. The San Carlos Institute will be on your left at 516 Duval St, marked by a distinct sign.
