Once you reach the buoy, continue onto South Street which will lead you west. Follow South Street until it merges into Truman Avenue. Continue on Truman Avenue until you reach College Road. Turn right onto College Road and proceed for about 0.5 miles. The Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden will be on your left at 5210 College Rd.
