  If you are at Mallory Square, head south towards the ocean until you reach Whitehead Street. Turn left onto Whitehead Street and continue walking until you reach Eaton Street. Turn right on Eaton Street and walk until you reach Simonton Street. Turn left onto Simonton Street and continue straight until you reach Appelrouth Lane. Turn right onto Appelrouth Lane, and Mary Ellen's Bar & Restaurant will be on your left at 420 Appelrouth Ln.

  From the southernmost point, head north on South Street until you reach Simonton Street. Turn right on Simonton Street and continue until you reach Eaton Street. Turn left onto Eaton Street, and then right onto Whitehead Street. Follow Whitehead Street until you reach Appelrouth Lane. Turn left onto Appelrouth Lane, and you will find Mary Ellen's Bar & Restaurant on your left.

• Public Transportation

  If you're near the Key West Bus Terminal on Grinnell Street, take the bus heading towards the Historic District. Get off at the stop closest to Duval Street. From there, walk south on Duval Street until you reach Appelrouth Lane. Turn left onto Appelrouth Lane, and Mary Ellen's Bar & Restaurant will be on your right.
