Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from the southernmost point of Key West at the Southernmost Point Buoy, head west on South Street towards Duval Street. Turn left onto Duval Street and continue south until you reach the intersection with Atlantic Boulevard. Turn right onto Atlantic Boulevard. Continue walking on Atlantic Boulevard for about 1.5 miles, and you will see the entrance to the Key West Nature Preserve on your left at 1799-1691 Atlantic Blvd.

  • Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Key West. Once you have your bike, head west on South Street towards Duval Street. Turn left onto Duval Street, then right onto Atlantic Boulevard. Ride along Atlantic Boulevard for approximately 1.5 miles. The Key West Nature Preserve will be on your left at 1799-1691 Atlantic Blvd. Enjoy the scenic ride along the coast!

  • Public Transportation

    To reach the Key West Nature Preserve via public transportation, look for the Key West Transit bus service. Catch the bus at any of the main stops in downtown Key West. Route 1 or Route 2 will take you towards the Atlantic Boulevard area. You can ask the bus driver to let you know when you reach the stop closest to 1799-1691 Atlantic Blvd. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to the entrance of the Nature Preserve.
