Walking
If you're starting from the southernmost point of Key West at the Southernmost Point Buoy, head west on South Street towards Duval Street. Turn left onto Duval Street and continue south until you reach the intersection with Atlantic Boulevard. Turn right onto Atlantic Boulevard. Continue walking on Atlantic Boulevard for about 1.5 miles, and you will see the entrance to the Key West Nature Preserve on your left at 1799-1691 Atlantic Blvd.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Key West. Once you have your bike, head west on South Street towards Duval Street. Turn left onto Duval Street, then right onto Atlantic Boulevard.
